Connect, collaborate and grow with expert-led workshops that build on the roots of human behaviour with the power of serious play and improvisation ✨

Business is evolving, so ride that wave with grace. Using a guiding push outside the comfort zone, we'll focus on critical skills that generate big boosts for your team. This might mean innovation, performance improvement or communication skills. Or it might mean something else! I have 10 years of experience spanning improvised theatre, social anthropology and design thinking. I blend this with a learning philosophy built on emotional impact in a safe space and a network of top talent from other disciplines. In the end, I know you’ll come away energised and eager to apply your new mindsets and skills. Happy clients, from renowned consulting firms to small research groups, have already done so. You can, too.

Skills development

Product & service innovation

Triple down to get things done

The foundational “Yes, and…” of improv is the perfect partner to the designer’s question: “How might we?” Using design thinking, futures thinking and qualitative research, we’ll mix data and ideas to produce solutions that bring joy to your customers. Avoid the paralysis of “perfect,” ideate like never before and simulate customer scenarios to ship something awesome.

Entertainment & events

Be-the-story and laugh your butt off!

Laughter brings levity to sales meetings, summits, off-sites and more. Custom entertainment means your unique in-jokes and culture are brought to life in a one-of-a-kind performance just for you. Through rich characters, compelling narratives and plenty of humor, you can kick back, relax, and enjoy the show.

Driving principles

Trust & vulnerability

Opening up helps reveal patterns and self-understanding. We’ll focus on building a safe space where all contributions are valid to encourage honest interactions.

Hands-on practicality

Learning by doing activates the heart, body and mind for optimal retention. We’ll combine a blend of various techniques and formats to enliven the whole self.

Discovery & exploration

Exploring the abstract ensures diverse application areas. We’ll co-create and explore the spaces, real or imagined, outside our habitual points of view.

Embracing failure

Failing safely is a key ingredient for development. We’ll gently encourage each other and learn to enjoy mistakes in an environment of radical acceptance.

Hi, I’m Colin 👋🏼

I love helping teams grow together and play through challenges that unlock insights and creativity. I have introduced undergrads to ethnography and service innovation at Maynooth University, trained hundreds of performers with Die Gorillas, Scratch Impro School, Liga für Impro Berlin and the Berliner Volkshochschule, and regularly act on stage with various ensembles in Berlin and at festivals across Europe.

Otherwise, you’ll find me hiking and camping outside, designing board games or fussing over my milk foam… ☕
